Application repository

The following applications are dedicated to electronic banking, bank account services, corporate cards, cash products, financial markets, financing and trade services. The form should be downloaded to a selected location on your computer and then opened using the Adobe Reader application.

Completed forms signed with a qualified signature should be sent directly to the relationship manager or send to the following email address: citiservice.polska@citi.com.

Additionally, applications signed manually should be delivered in original to the following address:

Authorization for contact with the Bank

• Authorizing designated persons to access to information about the account
• Authorization to confirm payment instructions by telephone

User Administration Form

• Adding/removing a user to an existing account
• Modification/removal of permissions of an existing user
• Selecting/changing users' login method

Configuration of the file downloading uploading module

• Adding/removing methods for delivered statements/files/reports
• Possibility to choose the format of received files
• Possibility to copy permissions from existing users

Signature Card

• Authorizing designated persons to credit/debit (including manually initiating transfers) or issue other instructions regarding the account in order to provide services provided by Bank Handlowy
• Adding/modifying authorized users
