Changing your account settings online
You can change your contact details, PIN or transaction limits any time and you’ll be surprised by how easy it is!
Simply log on to Citibank Online and click “My Citibank Online” in the “Products and Services” section where you’ll easily update your personal details or basic settings.
Personal details update
Remember to always update your contact details in Citibank Online if they change. This is very important since your up-to-date contact details are your passport to all online banking services.
Please ensure we have your up-to-date phone number as this will be used to send you authorization codes for your each online transaction. This is very important to ensure the safety and security of your money. All important information, including our newsletter with the latest discounts available only to Citi Handlowy customers, will be sent to your e-mail and mailing addresses.
Changing your debit card settings
A quick visit to Citibank Online is all it takes to change your debit card PIN that you use for making ATM withdrawals and deposits as well as non-cash transactions in stores.
Each PIN change via Citibank Online requires an SMS code authorization.
You can also change your transaction limits to match your individual needs in the “Debit Card Settings” section. Set up your daily limit for your ATM withdrawals, debit card payments at merchants and online debit card payments.
Debit card linkage
If you are travelling overseas and want to have an easy access to money in your account, link your debit card to your eligible foreign currency account. You will be able to pay abroad in EUR, GBP or USD with no currency conversion charges. As a Citi Handlowy customer, you can use all Citi ATMs overseas with no additional fees. Log on and check it out.
Account Renaming
Citibank Online gives you the unique benefit of adding your own display name to your accounts. Name your savings or currency account and then you will be able to use the same name whenever banking through Citi Mobile or Automated Banker.
To add a new display name to your account, log on to Citibank Online, click on “My Citibank Online” in “Products and Services”.
