Based on the Decision of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection’s President, no. DOZIK-14/2021 of 16th December 2021, the Bank was obliged to change the method of delivering to bank personal account owners an account statement informing about personal account balance change and its determining.

Please be informed that a free of charge option to deliver a personal account monthly statements in .PDF format to an e-mail address provided by Customer, has been made available as of 17th September, 2022.

Customers who would like to receive monthly statements from their personal accounts to the provided e-mail address may change the method of statements’ delivery in the Citibank Online platform > Services and Profile > Statements > Statement management.

If you wish to receive monthly statements via e-mail, please make sure the e-mail address provided to the Bank is up-to-date, correct, used exclusively by you and is not shared with any third persons.

At the same time, we would like to remind you that the method currently used by the Bank to provide free of charge, monthly statement in the electronic banking platform Citibank Online remains unchanged.
