• learn more on available tools that can help you repay your debt.

LOAN RESTRUCTURING

If you are struggling to keep up with your loan repayments, you can apply for loan restructuring within 14 days from the receipt of the call for payment sent by the bank.

Your loan restructuring application form can be submitted via phone, letter or personally at one of our branches.

Each application is considered individually based on assessment of one’s financial situation. You may be asked to provide relevant documents of your financial situation.

We will let you know of the bank’s decision in writing.
