How to get started?

First you need a personal account at Citi Handlowy!

Now you need only a currency account in one of the available 13 currencies.
Check how easy you can do it and get the most out of Citi Kantor!

  • Log in to Citi Mobile and activate Citibank Global Wallet in the left bottom corner of the main screen – thanks to this you won’t have to link your card to a relevant foreign currency account. Upon a transaction, your card will switch automatically to a proper account.
  • Open a new foreign currency account by adding a new currency account to your Citibank Global Wallet. You can choose out of 13 available currencies!
  • Go to Savings and click on Citi Kantor to check your exchange rates and trade!
  • Log in to Citibank Online and open a new foreign currency account by clicking on the Personal Accounts bar.
  • Activate Citibank Global in Citi Mobile in the bottom left corner of the main screen - thanks to this you won’t have to link your card to a relevant foreign currency account. Upon a transaction, your card will switch automatically to a proper account.
  • If you want to use Citi Kantor in Citibank Online, log in and access Citi Kantor below your personal account number. Now you can check your individual rates and trade currencies!
