Citibank Handlowy and Kronenberg Foundation support the Enchanted Song Festival

The final of the Enchanted Song Festival, organized by the Anna Dymna Foundation "Mimo Wszystko", was held on 17 and 18 June 2006, on the Old Town Market Square in Cracow. The aim of the festival is to find talented vocalists among the disabled who, by overcoming their own difficulties, show the world that a wheelchair or impaired vision have nothing to do with the ability to sing beautifully. The finalists sang their songs together with Polish pop stars.

The Citi Handlowy Leopold Kronenberg Foundation has funded 6 grants totaling to USD 25,000 for the winners of the song competition to be spent on the self-development, education as well as medical treatment and rehabilitation - depending on their individual needs.

The award ceremony, at which Witold Zieliński, the Vice-President and COO of Citibank Handlowy presented grants to the winners, was broadcast by public television TVP 2.

The volunteers from Citibank Handlowy helped to organize both the semi-final, which was held in the Łazienki Park in Warsaw, and the final in Cracow. They took care of the participants by serving them water and snacks, they also served drinks to the audience and actively participated in the cleaning up. They also helped to arrange a conference organized by the Anna Dymna "Mimo Wszystko" Foundation on the problems of the disabled and finding ways and means to solve them.

During the Festival Zosia Nowaczyk, a volunteer from Citibank Handlowy, was awarded the title of the "Personality of May 2006".
